HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?
Once an order is placed, we will be sending you an exclusive order confirmation to your email with the order number which shall be used as reference for all your queries.

HOW LONG WILL YOU TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed if it is within UAE, the order will be delivered next day (T&C Apply). If it is an international delivery, it will take 3-6 days but depending upon the custom clearance process it will be delayed.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY TO YOUR PRODUCTS?
The warranty is applicable for the mechanism of the product and not for the material, color and outer layer. The warranty terms are mentioned on the product description page.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?
If the product is dispatched by our delivery partner you will not be able to cancel the order and if it’s not dispatched you can cancel the order. Please call +971 525249032 for cancellation.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I MAKE A PAYMENT?
If your order is not dispatched you can cancel the order and your refund will be credited to your card after deducting transaction charges if it is an online payment. Please call +971 525249032 for cancellation.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU HAVE
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit & credit cards and Cash on delivery.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY WITHIN UAE?
Yes, we accept cash one delivery within UAE but you will be charged AED 5.00 per order for cash on delivery service.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY OUT OF UAE?
We do not provide cash on delivery service out of UAE. You can only pay via debit or credit card.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Your order must be cancelled for many numerous reasons.
• Out of stock
• If the payment is not successful
• If the delivery is unsuccessful
• If your location is remote and we are unable to deliver

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTY AND TAXES FOR AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
You do not need to pay any custom clearance taxes if it is within UAE. If it was an international shipping you will have to pay the custom clearance and the percentage will depend upon the country. Our Delivery partner will contact you about custom tax along with original receipt.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF THE ITEMS IS DAMAGED ONCE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you receive any damage item on your order, we will exchange it to you as soon as possible

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DIFFERENT PRODUCT FROM THE ORDERED ONE?
We will exchange it for you without any cost as soon as possible. You can request for an exchange by email to info@rackstore.ae or call/whatsapp us on +971 525249032.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER?
You can change the shipping address if the goods are not dispatched by our warehouse and
if it is dispatched, we will not be able the change the shipping address.

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT AS I SEE ON THE PICTURE?
The photos are taken with highest resolution. We will ensure the product is same as seen in the picture.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?
You can pick up your order from our warehouse located in Bur Dubai, Dubai. You can contact us through our contact details mentioned on the contact us page.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL

IS YOUR PRICE INCLUSIVE OF VAT?
Yes. The price stated is inclusive of 5% Vat.

I PLACED THE ORDER A GIFT, CAN RACKSTORE.AE DELIVER IT GIFT WRAPPED?
Yes, we will love to wrap it and send to your loved ones. It’s on us and its free we will love to see your friends and family like the product.
